Founded in 1999 as a tribute to the original company of 1785 established by George Washington for the development of land along the Potomac River. Today, at Potomac Land Company, we are developers and purveyors of land and lots for homebuilders.

In 2013, we approached the Orlando Sentinel with our findings of the Top Mansions in Central Florida.  Since 2014 our side product, MansionQuest.com, has been featured in front page of Orlando Sentinel.
