Summitview (formerly known as Cliffs at Dover) (2020-2021)

The Summitview is a Single-Family Detached 37 Lot subdivision on South Dover Road less than a mile and a half South of SR 60 in Dover, Florida. Constructed by Pulte Homes, the community has sold out with home pirces upwards of $470k.

The minimum lot size is 52’x140’ or 7,280 ft² with PD zoning and an inviting neighborhood plan consisting of plenty of open space and a park. The Summitview’s schools, Nelson Elementary, Mulrennan Middle, and Durant High, are historically solid schools within close proximity to the site. The almost 3,000-acre Tampa Energy Park is located across the street and provides a buffer from future residential development.
