The Enclave at Northlake Park in Lake Nona is a 226 executive-lot community in North Lake Park, Orlando.

Located just west of Narcoossee Road and one mile south of SR 528, the community provides easy access to employment and shopping, including Orlando International Airport and Lake Nona Medical City in less than a five-mile drive.

The builder was Morrison Homes (predecessor to Taylor Morrison) who began selling in 2004 and sold most homes in the $300K-400K range. This community was a joint venture with Royal Palm Homes development arm.
