Summers Cay is a Single-Family Detached-Lot subdivision on Harney Road in Thonotosassa, Florida, near I-75 and US 301. Constructed by Pulte Homes in 2023. Homes from the mid $300's are available through Centex Homes.

This single-family detached community consists of 47 lots at 50'x120' or 6,000 ft2 and includes a park at the entrance that is planned to highlight a 120-year-old live oak tree and provide a scenic entrance off Harney Road. Summer Cay schools include Folsom Elementary, Jennigs Middle, and King High, with Folson Elementary in walking distance of the community.

Summers Cay is close to shopping, ball fields, the Temple Terrace dog park, and golfing with the Tampa Executive Airport less that two miles a way.
