Hawk Springs is a single-family detached-lot subdivision on Hideaway Lane less than a mile west of Lithia Pinecrest Road in Valrico, Florida, that was approved in January 2021. The minimum lot size is 10,000 square feet with PD zoning and an inviting neighborhood plan consisting of plenty of open space, a park, connectivity to the surrounding homes, and an improved park/trail connection in the county-owned tract to the north.
